Enhance your hockey skills at Inside Edge Training Center. Train in our dryland area to build strength, endurance, agility, and stamina and take advantage of our fully Glice shooting zone to develop your stick-handling and shooting skills. Adjacent to the lobby, coaches can utilize our team room for video review and take advantage of a large whiteboard and dry-erase hockey table for strategy and planning.

Shooting Lanes - $15 per 30 minutes, Additional Person is free. Max two people per lane.
TEAM TIME
Team Time - Flat rate of $200 per hour, Team gets the entire facility for the hour.
Two Teams- $350 per hour, teams can book for 1 hour and trade sides after 30 minutes.
