Enhance your hockey skills at Inside Edge Training Center. Train in our dryland area to build strength, endurance, agility, and stamina and take advantage of our fully Glice shooting zone to develop your stick-handling and shooting skills. Adjacent to the lobby, coaches can utilize our team room for video review and take advantage of a large whiteboard and dry-erase hockey table for strategy and planning.

Athletes who are Homeschooled can schedule time to get their PE school credits. Work on your stick handling and shooting skills in one of the six lanes. Each lane has its own back stop with a goal but you can also chose to use one of the six nets thats are available. There are various types of equipment that can be used such as rebound passers, modular defenders, cones, and even radars in each station to see how fast your shot is.
